General
• Visual references and a detailed description from the client are encouraged and appreciated.
• I have the right to decline any commission request.
• Digital Illustrations will lean more toward my art style. Please do not request me to mimic other artist's styles.Reservation & Commission Slot
• Commission Slots are limited and are subject to increase depending on my free time.
• The client is required to pay a 25% initial amount of the commission quote to reserve their slot. Please note that this is non-refundable.Payments
• It is required for the client to pay 50% of the commission quote (reservation fee included) before I begin with the requested commission. Meanwhile, the client must pay the remaining 50% amount of the balance before I send the final deliverables.
• I will only accept payments through GCash or bank transfer (for local clients, Philippines) and PayPal (for international clients).Deadlines & Deliverables
• If the client has a deadline, inform me beforehand.
• Rush orders of deliverables will have an additional fee.
• The commissioned work may take 3-7 days to 1 month, depending on the complexity of the request and my availability (workload and day job commitments).
• The finished product/artwork will be available in a Google Drive folder. The final file format can be either JPEG, TIFF, or PNG.Privacy
• If the client requests NDA or requests for the commissions as private, please inform beforehand.
• For the client's information, I will include an additional charge for an NDA request in the commission quote. The NDA fee may vary depending on the client's request and project size.

Intellectual Property Rights
• The client reserves the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the illustration provided it is for the client's non-commercial and personal use.
• The client may not claim my work (illustration) as their own. I, the artist and illustrator, retain the rights to the finished artwork and use it for portfolio showcase and social media marketing (unless stated on the client's request NDA).Usage Rights
• The client may display my work on social media and websites, providing it is visibly credited and linked to me.
• If the client requests to use my work as part of their merchandise, the client may inquire and discuss the commercial fee upon notice.Refunds
• No refunds once work has reached 50% of the client's request.
• The progress of the client's request will be the basis for the refund, unless otherwise the client has used the available number of revisions.Communication
